The Great Commission was first given in Genesis, where God revealed his desire to bless all the peoples of the earth. Two thousand years later Jesus' last command was for His followers to disciple the ethnic peoples (Mt. 28:19-20). Today there are roughly 6000 ethnic peoples, or people groups, that do not have access to the gospel. They are called 'least-reached' or 'unreached'. Jesus told his disciples that sharing the gospel with these ethnic peoples would be essential to ushering in the end of the age (Mt. 24:14). (A great place to get more information about people groups is at www.joshuaproject.net.) Every Christian can have a part in helping least-reached people groups hear the gospel and have a spiritual community or church. All can pray. Many can give. Others can help churches and Christians get involved. The greatest need, however, is for Christians willing to go to these unreached people groups. Christians today live in the most exciting season of history because of what the Holy Spirit is doing to touch these least-reached peoples. YWAM Orlando is one 'connecting point' for you to go, get training, or otherwise support mission efforts among these peoples. Won't you join us?

The 10/40 Window is the rectangular area of North Africa, the Middle East and Asia approximately between 10 degrees north and 40 degrees north latitude. The 10/40 Window is often called "The Resistant Belt" and includes the majority of the world's Muslims, Hindus, and Buddhists. An estimated 4.57 billion individuals residing in approximately 8,686 distinct people groups are in the 10/40 Window. The 10/40 Window is home to some of the largest unreached people groups in the world. The 10/40 Window has several important considerations: first, the historical and Biblical significance; second, the least evangelized countries; third, the unreached people groups and cities; fourth, the dominance of three religious blocs; fifth, the preponderance of the poor; sixth, the strongholds of Satan within the 10/40 Window. (edited from the Joshua Project Website) This is an area of the world that is in great need of our missional focus. YWAM Orlando is committed to seeing the 10/40 Window transformed by the gospel.

Since the beginning of Youth With A Mission Orlando in 1995, we have been a dynamic family with a clear purpose of taking the light of the Gospel to the ends of the earth. Teams involved in evangelism, training, and mercy ministries see lives changed all over the world.
