Welcome to the EpicQuest Participant.

Here's how our application process works. You can either download an application or fill one out online. Please take a moment to read through the process below. You'll need to work on your essay questions before you begin the application process, since once you start the application you cannot leave and return. It must be completed in one sitting.

Please note that if you are returning intern you still need to fill out an application, but you only need one reference (from your parent) and you will answer a different set of essay questions.

Online Application Process & Required Questions

	Main Application This is where you'll give us all your vitals and contact info. You will need to upload a current photo of yourself, so please have one ready before you start the process! A clear headshot is best - or the photo you use for your Facebook or MySpace profile.

	Essay Questions We want to know more about you than just your address and day of birth - what has really shaped you as a Christian, and why do you want to come and learn at YWAM Orlando? These essay questions help us get to know you better.

Here are the essay questions for this application. Please have your answers ready before you begin your online application.

Describe your conversion experience and present relationship with the Lord. Do you set aside alone time with God daily? If not, how often do you meet with God? If you could change something about your relationship with God, what would it be?
Describe your relationship with your parents. If you could change something about it what would it be and why? How much of your decision to apply is your own idea or that of your parents?
Describe your relationship with your brother(s) and sister(s). If you could change something in these relationships what would it be, and why?
What do you like about yourself? What don’t you like about yourself that you want God to help you change? List 3 of your strengths & weaknesses.
What are some of your hobbies & interests?
Have you done an EQ or KK outreach before? If so, when and where was it? In what areas of your life has it helped you to grow?
What do you desire as a career in the future? What do you see yourself doing in 5 years?
Would you consider yourself to be a leader? Please explain. What is your definition of a team?
What are your expectations of this outreach?
Has God given you a burden for a nation or people group? If so, where or whom?
What does the “Great Commission” from Matthew 28:18-20 mean to you?
How do you see yourself involved in fulfilling the Great Commission?
Do you feel called to be a full-time missionary?

Have you ever spoken before a large group of people? Do you have any fear of speaking/presenting in front of people?

References
We want to know what other people in your life think of you as well. We'll ask you to give reference forms to your pastor or spiritual leader, a teacher or employer, and a friend or parent (if you are under 18 this must fill out by a parent).

You can either print out these forms and ask your references to mail them back to us (we suggest giving them a stamped envelope with our address already on it) - or you can send them an email invitation to come to our website and submit your recommendation there. We suggest that if you email them the invitation that you also call them and ask them to be looking for it in their email.

	Health Information We need to gather your health information and background so we can responsibly care for you on trips and at our base. You will need to print out this form and have your doctor fill it out at a checkup.

	Pay and Submit Your will need to submit a $35 application fee before your application will be considered. You can do this online, at the end of the application, or by check. Make sure to get everything ready before starting the application, including your essay question answers.
